All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. We work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email if applicable.

2. Shipping Timeframe
Estimated shipping time is approximately 3 to 15 business days.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery window only and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

For this reason, MerrowHairStudio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect address submissions, or other unforeseen events.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your delivery address before submitting your order.

MerrowHairStudio is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local postal service first.

MerrowHairStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

6. Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, or if you experience a significant delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and any relevant photos if applicable. We will review the situation and do our best to assist you.

7. Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping and delivery are subject to the carrier’s handling and schedule. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.
